Tensorfleet ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you interact with our website or product.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact Information: Your name and email when you subscribe, request a demo, or create an account.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, time on site, browser type, etc. collected via Google Analytics 4.
• Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and functionality (managed via CookieYes).
• Product Usage Data: Information you submit or generate while using TensorFleet products.
• Google Health Data: If you choose to connect TensorFleet Health Sync, we access your Google Health sleep data using the read-only permission shown on Google's consent screen.

• Ensure security and legal compliance
• Display your recent sleep history, summarize sleep patterns, and identify missing overnight records when you use TensorFleet Health Sync

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal or health data, use health data for advertising, or share health data with data brokers. We disclose data only to service providers needed to operate the service, when you direct us to do so, or when required by law. Google Analytics is not sent the contents of your Google Health records or OAuth credentials.

• Unsubscribe from marketing at any time
• Request access to or deletion of your personal data
• Manage cookies through our consent banner or your browser
• Disconnect Google Health from the Health dashboard. This revokes TensorFleet's Google token and deletes the encrypted browser credential.

5. Google API Services User Data

TensorFleet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We request only the Google Health sleep read-only scope. We do not request permission to write, edit, or delete Google Health data.

6. Storage, Security, and Retention

The public Health dashboard keeps the Google OAuth credential in an encrypted, secure, HTTP-only browser cookie. Health records are retrieved on demand and are not placed in advertising systems or general analytics. The credential is deleted when you disconnect, revoke access through Google, clear the site cookie, or it expires. We use transport encryption and access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of health data.
